TERMS OF SERVICE
GarudHub (DroneHub) - Complete Drone Ecosystem Platform
Operator ChandraGhanshyam & Associates LLP
Website https://garudhub.com/
Effective date 27 August 2026
Version 1.0 - Publication Draft
Publication note: Replace the bracketed Grievance Officer details in Section 32 and obtain final review from an Indian lawyer before posting these Terms on the Website.
These Terms govern access to GarudHub and all enquiries, quotations, bookings, purchases, referrals, listings, applications, document-tracking features and related support made available through the Website. Please read them with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any transaction-specific terms shown before confirmation.
1. Acceptance and electronic agreement
By visiting the Website, submitting an enquiry, creating or using a profile, uploading information, requesting a quotation, booking a service, applying through a partner flow, placing an order, or otherwise using any Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. Your affirmative action, including clicking an acceptance button or submitting a form that links to these Terms, forms an electronic agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms displayed for a particular product, Provider, quotation, order, course, repair, financing or insurance application, job posting, consultancy engagement or government opportunity also apply. If there is a conflict, the transaction-specific terms control for that transaction, while mandatory law always prevails.
2. Operator and scope
The Website is operated by ChandraGhanshyam & Associates LLP ("GarudHub", also branded on parts of the Website as "DroneHub", "we", "us" or "our"), at 310/104-C, Alopibagh, Prayagraj - 211006, Uttar Pradesh, India.
GarudHub is designed as a connected drone-ecosystem platform for individuals, businesses, institutions, service providers and government-project participants. Depending on the feature, GarudHub may provide information, accept enquiries, facilitate discovery and comparison, enable tracking, introduce users to independent Providers, or contract directly for a separately identified service. A quotation, checkout page, invoice, engagement letter or order confirmation will identify the actual contracting party where relevant.

3. Definitions
• "Content" means text, photographs, specifications, pricing, course or job information, documents, calculators, status updates and other material on the Website.
• "Provider" means an independent seller, manufacturer, importer, training institute, trainer, technician, service centre, courier, recycler, consultant, employer, lender, regulated entity, insurance company, intermediary, government portal or other third party whose goods, services or opportunities appear on or are facilitated through GarudHub.
• "Services" means the Website and all present or future GarudHub features, including compliance guidance, training discovery, marketplace and accessories, repairs, professional services, recycling, government opportunities, finance and insurance facilitation, careers, calculators, tracking and support.
• "User" or "you" means any visitor, customer, applicant, job seeker, business, institution, Provider or authorised representative using the Services.
4. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter a contract to make a purchase, apply for credit or insurance, engage a consultant, list goods or services, or act as a Provider. A person under 18 may browse educational content only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and any binding transaction must be completed by that adult.
If you act for a company, partnership, institution, cooperative, employer or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind it. You must not use the Services if applicable law, sanctions, court order or contract prohibits you from doing so.
5. GarudHub's role and Provider relationships
GarudHub generally operates as a technology, discovery, coordination and support platform. Providers remain independent and are responsible for the goods, services, licences, qualifications, advice, delivery, warranties, statutory disclosures and promises they offer, unless GarudHub is expressly named as the supplier in the relevant order document.
"Verified" means that GarudHub has performed the verification checks described for the relevant category using information reasonably available at onboarding or review. It does not mean a government approval, guarantee of future conduct, guarantee of quality, or assumption of the Provider's professional obligations. Approval, licence, insurance and registration status can change; users should independently verify material credentials before committing.
GARUDHUB | CHANDRAGHANSHYAM & ASSOCIATES LLP
Terms of Service | Page 3
GarudHub may rank, filter or match Providers using location, availability, category, stated credentials, user requirements or other disclosed criteria. Unless specifically stated, this is not a recommendation that one offer is best for your individual circumstances.
6. Enquiries, profiles, documents and security
You must provide complete, current and accurate information, including name, email, mobile number, address, location, drone details, qualifications, financial information, job information and supporting documents where requested. Do not submit forged, altered, misleading, stolen or unlawfully obtained material.
If account or dashboard access is enabled, you are responsible for keeping credentials and one-time passwords confidential, restricting access to your device and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our breach of duty.
Upload only the information reasonably required for the requested Service. Keep your own copies of registrations, certificates, policies, invoices, service records, project documents and other important files. Platform storage, status labels and reminders are convenience tools and are not your sole official record.
7. DGCA compliance guidance and government opportunities
GarudHub is an independent private platform and is not DGCA, Digital Sky, a government department, a tender authority or a government portal. Compliance checklists, drone categories, UIN or registration information, pilot requirements, airspace information, fees, eligibility criteria, tenders, schemes, subsidies and deadlines are general guidance compiled from sources believed reliable.
Rules, portal procedures, airspace classifications, eligibility criteria and deadlines can change without notice. You must check the latest binding requirements and make final filings or submissions through the relevant official authority or portal. GarudHub does not guarantee registration, permission, certificate, subsidy, tender award, project selection or regulatory compliance.
Guided support may help organise information or documents, but the applicant remains responsible for accuracy, eligibility, signatures, bid conditions, fees, deadlines and final submission. Any separate drafting or consultancy engagement is also subject to Section 13 and its engagement document.
8. Drone training and certification
Training institutes and trainers are independent Providers. Course descriptions, approval status, fees, batch dates, course mode, seats, facilities, trainer credentials and placement support are supplied by the Provider and may change. Verify current DGCA approval and course eligibility with the institute and official sources before paying.
Online theory, classroom instruction, practical flight assessment, examinations and certificate issuance are governed by applicable law and the institute's terms. GarudHub does not issue a Remote Pilot
GARUDHUB | CHANDRAGHANSHYAM & ASSOCIATES LLP
Terms of Service | Page 4
Certificate and does not guarantee admission, attendance completion, exam success, certification, employment or placement.
Course transfers, rescheduling, attendance, equipment use, safety requirements, cancellations and refunds are governed by the disclosed institute policy and mandatory consumer law. Any documents shown as pending or verified reflect the latest status received and are not an official certificate.
9. Marketplace: drones and accessories
Listings may cover commercial, agriculture, survey and mapping, camera and enterprise drones, as well as batteries, chargers, propellers, controllers, cases, safety equipment and spare parts. Unless an order document identifies GarudHub as seller, the listed seller or manufacturer is the supplier and the sale contract is between you and that supplier.
Images, sample models, prices marked "onwards", specifications, flight time, range, payload, availability, delivery estimates and comparison information are indicative until confirmed in a final quotation or order. Performance depends on configuration, payload, firmware, environment, maintenance and lawful operating conditions.
You must verify intended use, category, type-certification or registration requirements, compatibility, included accessories, importer details, warranty scope, taxes, delivery charges and after-sale support before confirming. Accessory compatibility tools depend on accurate make, model and variant information supplied by you and the seller.
Manufacturer or seller warranties apply according to their written terms. GarudHub may coordinate warranty support but does not expand or replace the warranty unless expressly stated. Returns for incompatible, defective, deficient, counterfeit, wrongly described or late-delivered goods remain subject to applicable law and the disclosed seller policy.
10. Repairs and maintenance
Repair requests may be matched to independent service centres or technicians. An initial estimate is not final until inspection. No repair beyond the disclosed diagnostic scope should begin without your approval of the revised estimate, including labour, parts, taxes, transport and any diagnostic charge.
Before pickup or handover, back up accessible data, remove memory cards and unrelated accessories, sign out of linked accounts where appropriate, and record the drone's condition and serial number. Neither GarudHub nor a Provider is responsible for avoidable loss of data left on equipment, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Repair timelines depend on diagnosis, parts and logistics. Replaced parts may be returned or disposed of according to the Provider's disclosed policy and law. Warranty coverage is decided by the manufacturer or warranty provider. Completion status means the Provider has reported completion; inspect and test the drone promptly and report a problem within the stated service-warranty period.
Pickup and drop availability, custody, transit risk, storage charges and treatment of uncollected equipment must be disclosed in the booking or Provider terms. GarudHub may assist with disputes but does not become the repairer or bailee solely by facilitating the booking.

11. Scrap, recycling and end-of-life services
You may submit photographs, condition details and location to request an indicative valuation. The final valuation may change after physical inspection if model, ownership, condition, missing components, battery health or submitted information differs. You may accept or reject a revised offer before title transfers, subject to disclosed pickup or inspection charges.
You represent that you own the equipment, it is not stolen, leased, financed, pledged, subject to a lien or involved in a dispute, and you have authority to sell or recycle it. You must remove personal or confidential data and disable accounts or tracking locks before handover.
Title, risk, payout timing, deductions and the point at which a transaction becomes final will be stated in the scrap confirmation. Reuse, dismantling, material recovery and e-waste disposal are performed by the identified recycler. Any recycling certificate reflects the recycler's declaration.
12. Finance and insurance facilitation
Unless expressly identified with applicable registration details, GarudHub is not a bank, NBFC, lender, credit bureau, insurance company or insurance underwriter and does not itself sanction or disburse loans, set interest rates, issue policies, collect repayments, decide claims or guarantee approval. GarudHub may act as a referral, sourcing, technology or support platform for identified regulated partners.
Loan or EMI eligibility, interest rate, annual percentage rate, tenure, instalment, charges, security, KYC, key fact statement, cooling-off period, disbursal and repayment are decided and disclosed by the regulated lender. Insurance premium, coverage, exclusions, deductibles, conditions, cancellation and claims are governed by the insurer's policy wording. Read all partner documents before acceptance.
Any comparison or match is based on the information supplied and partner criteria. Approval timelines and claims assistance are estimates, not guarantees. A credit-bureau enquiry or sharing of financial data must occur only through an authorised party and on the separate notice and consent required by law.
Where applicable, GarudHub may receive a disclosed referral fee or commission from a partner. Loan disbursals and repayments should occur directly between the borrower and the regulated entity as required by law; never transfer money to a personal account merely because someone claims to represent GarudHub. Report suspicious requests immediately.
13. EDP and professional services
Professional-service features may connect users with consultants for business setup, startup guidance, documentation, project proposals, administration, accounting, finance, marketing, legal or compliance support. The scope, deliverables, fees, assumptions, confidentiality, ownership and timetable must be set out in a separate quotation or engagement letter.
General Website Content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. No advocate-client, chartered-accountant-client, fiduciary or similar relationship arises until the

appropriately qualified professional accepts an engagement in writing. The user remains responsible for decisions, factual instructions, document review, filings, approvals and deadlines.
GarudHub and Providers do not guarantee funding, investment, registration, tender success, business performance, revenue or any particular outcome. Introductions to partners, affiliates, investors or service providers remain subject to their independent decision and due diligence.
14. Jobs and career services
Job seekers may create profiles containing skills, flight hours, drone types, certifications, experience, location, availability and portfolio material. You authorise GarudHub to display or share the profile with relevant verified employers according to the Privacy Policy and settings. Keep all information accurate and do not upload confidential work without permission.
Employers are independent and responsible for job descriptions, compensation, working conditions, background checks, interviews, hiring and legal compliance. "Verified" does not guarantee an employer, vacancy or offer. GarudHub does not guarantee shortlisting, interviews, employment, freelance work or placement.
Creating and maintaining a standard job-seeker profile is currently described as free. Any optional paid career or recruitment service will be clearly identified before purchase. Never pay an individual for a guaranteed job; report suspected recruitment fraud.
15. Calculators, tracking, reminders and status information
EMI, eligibility, comparison, prepayment, balance-transfer, part-payment and amortisation calculators provide mathematical estimates based on user inputs and standard assumptions. Results are not a loan offer, sanction, financial advice or a substitute for the lender's key fact statement and repayment schedule. Rounding, fees, taxes, rate resets and lender methodology may produce different results.
Application, repair, training, document, delivery, claim and recycling statuses are based on information received from Users or Providers and may be delayed. Reminders are a convenience only; you remain responsible for certificate, registration, insurance, tender and other deadlines.
16. Quotations, orders and transaction formation
A listing, comparison, calculator result, enquiry response or quotation request is an invitation to receive information and not a binding offer. A transaction becomes binding only when the identified supplier accepts it and issues the relevant order confirmation, invoice, engagement letter, enrolment confirmation, repair approval, loan agreement, insurance policy or scrap acceptance.
Before confirmation, you must review the supplier identity, description, quantity, configuration, total price, taxes, compulsory and optional charges, delivery or performance date, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms, warranty, licence or approval details, and any limitations. We may reject or cancel a request for unavailability, pricing or specification error, suspected fraud, illegality or inability to verify information, with any collected amount handled under applicable law.
GARUDHUB | CHANDRAGHANSHYAM & ASSOCIATES LLP
Terms of Service | Page 7
17. Prices, fees, taxes and payments
Prices may be fixed, estimated, marked "onwards", or supplied by quotation. The final confirmation must show the payable amount and available breakdown of taxes, delivery, handling, diagnostics, platform or professional fees and optional items. Prices and availability may change before acceptance but cannot be changed retroactively except with your express agreement or as permitted by law.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment gateway, bank or Provider. Their terms and security controls apply. Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time passwords with GarudHub personnel. You remain responsible for lawful payment instruments, applicable taxes and bank charges.
If subscriptions are introduced, the price, billing cycle, renewal method, included features and cancellation method will be shown before an affirmative opt-in. A subscription will not auto-renew through a pre-ticked box. Cancellation takes effect as disclosed, subject to mandatory refund rights.
18. Delivery, pickup, inspection and risk
Delivery and pickup dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Availability depends on location, Provider coverage, inventory, courier capacity, access and force-majeure events. The order confirmation must identify shipping charges, delivery restrictions and the party bearing transit risk.
Inspect packages and equipment promptly. Record visible damage or tampering before acceptance where practical and notify the seller, courier and GarudHub within the disclosed window. Do not use a visibly damaged, swollen, leaking or unsafe battery or component; follow the manufacturer's safety instructions and seek qualified support.
19. Cancellations, returns and refunds
The GarudHub Refund Policy, the Provider's disclosed policy, the order confirmation and applicable consumer law govern cancellations, returns and refunds. As presently stated, a service-refund request may be made within seven days of purchase where the service has not been used or delivered; fully delivered services, customised work and an already-commenced subscription billing period may be non-refundable, subject always to mandatory law.
Product returns depend on the seller policy, but nothing in these Terms removes rights relating to defective, deficient, spurious, counterfeit, wrongly described or materially late goods or services.
Approved refunds will be sent through the original or legally permitted payment channel within the disclosed period, presently stated as seven to ten business days, subject to banking timelines.
Cancellation or deduction charges must be disclosed before confirmation and will not apply where prohibited. If we or a Provider cancels unilaterally, the consumer will not bear a cancellation charge unless lawful and matched by equivalent treatment required under applicable rules.

20. User Content, profiles, photographs and reviews
You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant GarudHub and relevant Providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period reasonably necessary, to host, copy, format, transmit and use it to operate, secure and fulfil the requested Service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and consents and that the material is accurate, lawful and does not infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights. Public reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not be fabricated, defamatory, abusive or offered in exchange for undisclosed benefit.
GarudHub may remove or restrict material that violates these Terms or law, while preserving records where required. We may use feedback and suggestions without restriction, but will not publish personal information contrary to the Privacy Policy.
21. Provider, seller, employer and partner obligations
A Provider must complete onboarding checks and maintain all licences, approvals, registrations, insurance, qualifications and tax details required for its activity. It must supply accurate identity and contact information, and where applicable GSTIN, PAN, importer details, grievance contacts and licence or registration numbers.
Providers must ensure listings, images, specifications, availability, ratings, advertisements, total prices, timelines, warranties, return terms and safety information are accurate and not misleading. They must not offer counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, prohibited or improperly imported goods; post fake reviews; discriminate unlawfully; misuse leads; or circumvent the platform to avoid an agreed fee.
Providers remain responsible for fulfilment, statutory invoices, consumer complaints, refunds, recalls, professional standards, employment obligations and data protection. A separate Provider agreement may add category-specific obligations; if it conflicts with these Terms, the stricter lawful consumer-protection and safety obligation applies.
22. Communications and consent
You agree to receive transactional communications needed to respond to enquiries, verify details, send quotations, coordinate Providers, provide status updates, manage security and resolve complaints by email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or similar channels using the contact details you provide.
Promotional messages require the consent and preferences required by law. You may opt out of marketing through the method provided, but may continue to receive essential transaction, safety, legal and account messages. Calls or chats may be recorded only with appropriate notice and for quality, training, security or dispute resolution.

23. Acceptable use and lawful drone operations
You must comply with the Drone Rules, 2021 as amended, DGCA and Digital Sky requirements, airspace restrictions, privacy and surveillance laws, environmental and e-waste rules, employment and consumer laws, and all other rules applicable to your activity.
You must not use GarudHub or any drone, product, information or connection obtained through it to:
• conduct an unauthorised, unsafe or unlawful flight, enter restricted airspace, interfere with other aircraft or ignore required permissions;
• carry prohibited or dangerous items, weaponise equipment, facilitate violence, trespass or conduct unlawful surveillance or recording;
• commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit false KYC or credentials, launder funds, evade tax or sell stolen or encumbered property;
• introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, bypass security, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected systems, overload the Website or harvest personal data;
• harass others, infringe intellectual property, publish illegal content or misuse Provider or job-seeker contact details.
24. Intellectual property
The Website software, design, brand elements, compilation, original text, graphics and databases are owned by or licensed to GarudHub and are protected by applicable law. Provider names, logos, product images and materials belong to their respective owners.
GarudHub gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, frame, systematically extract, modify or create a competing database from protected Content without written permission, except as allowed by law.
25. Third-party websites and services
The Services may link to Digital Sky, government tender portals, maps, payment gateways, lenders, insurers, manufacturers, training institutes, employers and other third parties. Their terms, privacy notices and availability apply to their systems. A link or integration does not make GarudHub responsible for their content, decisions, outages or security, subject to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
26. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how GarudHub collects and uses personal data. To fulfil a request, information may be shared with Providers selected by you or reasonably matched to the request, such as a seller, institute, service centre, courier, recycler, consultant, employer, lender or insurer. Sensitive

financial, identity or employment information will be handled only for a stated purpose and with the notice, consent or other lawful basis required.
The Provider receiving data may act as a separate data fiduciary or controller under its own notice. You should review that notice before completing a loan, insurance, job or other third-party process. You may exercise applicable data rights using the Privacy Policy contact. Withdrawal of consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and may prevent completion of a requested Service.
27. Availability, changes, suspension and termination
We may maintain, update, secure, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Website. We may restrict a User or Provider for breach, suspected fraud, safety risk, legal request, repeated complaints, licence expiry, non-payment or conduct that may harm users or the platform. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond.
Termination does not cancel accrued payment obligations, accepted orders, warranties, refunds, complaints or provisions that by nature survive, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute terms. Users may request account closure subject to records we must retain.
28. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and general Content are provided on an "as available" basis. GarudHub does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free Content, a particular Provider outcome, or that all listings, vacancies, tenders, rules, prices, approval statuses or deadlines remain current at every moment.
Drone activity carries operational and regulatory risk. Product specifications, compatibility results, ratings, example valuations, approval estimates, loan or insurance comparisons, job listings, scheme information, repair timelines and reminders must be independently checked before reliance. Nothing in these Terms excludes a representation, warranty, duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
29. Limitation of liability
Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-protection obligations where limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the preceding sentence, GarudHub is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for a Provider's independent act or omission, except to the extent caused by GarudHub's breach of a non-excludable duty.
For a paid transaction, GarudHub's aggregate liability arising from its own acts or omissions will not exceed the amount paid directly to GarudHub for the affected transaction during the six months before
GARUDHUB | CHANDRAGHANSHYAM & ASSOCIATES LLP

the event giving rise to the claim. For a free Service, the aggregate cap is INR 5,000. These caps do not apply where prohibited by consumer or other applicable law.
30. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a User or Provider will indemnify GarudHub, its partners and personnel against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs resulting from that party's unlawful drone operation, false documents or listings, infringement, breach of confidentiality, misuse of personal data, defective or prohibited goods, unauthorised account use, or material breach of these Terms. GarudHub will give reasonable notice and cooperation, and no settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on the indemnified party may be made without consent.
31. Force majeure
No party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, airspace restriction, supply-chain disruption, labour action, transport failure, telecom or internet outage, cyberattack despite reasonable safeguards, or failure of a critical third-party system. The affected party must use reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and resume performance. Refund and consumer rights remain governed by applicable law.
32. Complaints and Grievance Officer
For a complaint, first contact GarudHub with your name, contact details, order or request reference, Provider name, a clear description and supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and redress them within one month, or sooner where law requires.
Grievance Officer: [INSERT FULL NAME AND DESIGNATION]

Postal address: 310/104-C, Alopibagh, Prayagraj - 211006, Uttar Pradesh, India
If the complaint concerns a Provider, we may forward it to that Provider and coordinate a response. This process does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission, regulator, court, police or other competent authority.
33. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute through the complaint process for 30 days after written notice.
Consumer rights are preserved: a consumer may approach the competent consumer commission or other statutory forum notwithstanding this section. For a commercial dispute not eligible for a consumer forum, and unless the parties agree otherwise in a transaction document, the dispute shall be finally resolved by a sole arbitrator jointly appointed under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue will be Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh; proceedings will be in English; and courts at Prayagraj will have supervisory jurisdiction.
34. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, security, operational or service changes. The Website will show the revised effective date. Material changes will be notified by a reasonable method where required. Changes apply prospectively; accepted orders remain governed by the terms in effect when confirmed unless law or the parties require otherwise. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
35. General provisions
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and applicable transaction documents form the agreement for the relevant Service. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective.
You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent, except where law permits. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganisation or transfer of the relevant business, with notice where required. No partnership, employment, franchise, agency or joint venture is created between GarudHub and a User or Provider solely by use of the Website.
Headings aid navigation and do not alter meaning. "Including" means "including without limitation". English is the controlling version unless law requires otherwise. Electronic notices sent to the contact details you provide are valid, subject to applicable law.
