1. Identity, scope and interpretation
This Disclaimer applies to garudhub.com, which uses the names GarudHub and DroneHub on its public pages and is presented as being operated by ChandraGhanshyam & Associates LLP (referred to as "GarudHub", "DroneHub", "we", "us", or "our"). It covers website content and services relating to drone compliance, training, marketplace transactions, accessories, repair and maintenance, professional support, scrap and recycling, government projects and schemes, finance and insurance facilitation, jobs and careers, enquiries, calculators, quotations, communications, and partner referrals.
This Disclaimer should be read together with the Platform's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, seller or service-provider terms, quotation, order form, engagement letter, loan or insurance documents, and any specific written agreement. If a specific signed agreement lawfully states otherwise, that agreement will govern the relevant transaction.
2. Independent platform - no government affiliation
GarudHub is an independent commercial platform. Unless expressly stated in a written and verifiable authorisation, GarudHub is not a department, agency, portal, representative, or agent of the Government of India, any State Government, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Airports Authority of India, Digital Sky, any tendering authority, or any public body.
Government names, logos, schemes, portals, regulations, and links are used only for identification or informational reference. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, approval, or partnership. Official applications, fees, permissions, registrations, certificates, bids, claims, and submissions must be completed through the relevant official authority or authorised provider.
3. Platform and intermediary role
The Platform may provide information, technology, document support, workflow tracking, introductions, lead generation, comparisons, and coordination between users and independent sellers, manufacturers, training institutes, consultants, technicians, service centres, logistics providers, recyclers, employers, lenders, insurers, agents, intermediaries, and other third parties (collectively, "Third-Party Providers").
Unless GarudHub expressly identifies itself in writing as the direct contracting provider for a particular service, the relevant Third-Party Provider is responsible for its product, service, advice, eligibility assessment, quotation, performance, delivery, warranty, certification, approval, policy, loan, employment decision, recycling activity, and legal or regulatory compliance. A listing, match, referral, badge, rating, document check, or use of the word "verified" does not make GarudHub a party to the third-party contract or create a guarantee.
4. General information - no professional advice
Content on the Platform is supplied for general information and facilitation. It is not, by itself, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, investment, financial, credit, insurance, engineering, technical, aviation-safety, environmental, procurement, tendering, employment, or other professional advice. No professional-client, fiduciary, adviser, agency, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or similar relationship arises merely from browsing the Platform, submitting an enquiry, using a calculator, or receiving general guidance.

5. Accuracy, completeness and changing information
GarudHub aims to present useful and current information, but does not warrant that every description, specification, price, fee, deadline, eligibility condition, regulatory summary, airspace reference, institute status, provider credential, job posting, quotation, availability, rating, warranty, scheme, tender, tax, subsidy, interest rate, insurance feature, or timeline is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Laws, policies, portal functions, airspace classifications, government notifications, product specifications, partner terms, rates, and availability may change without notice. Users must verify time-sensitive or material information from the original official source or contracting provider before acting. We may correct, remove, suspend, or update content at any time.
6. DGCA compliance, Digital Sky and lawful operations
All drone owners, pilots, operators, businesses, and project participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with the Drone Rules, 2021 (as amended), other applicable aviation and security laws, DGCA directions, Digital Sky requirements, airspace restrictions, local permissions, privacy obligations, operating manuals, insurance obligations, import controls, radio-frequency rules, landowner requirements, and conditions applicable to their drone, category, payload, location, and intended operation.
Information, checklists, document tracking, reminders, or assistance on the Platform do not constitute a registration, Unique Identification Number, type certificate, Remote Pilot Certificate, airspace permission, security clearance, import permission, exemption, approval, or authority to fly. No approval, certificate, clearance, renewal, processing time, or outcome is guaranteed. The official Digital Sky platform and applicable authority records prevail.
• Check the current airspace map and all required permissions before each operation.
• Use only appropriately registered equipment and suitably trained, eligible, and certified personnel where required.
• Do not operate a drone in prohibited or restricted areas or for any unlawful, unsafe, intrusive, or unauthorised purpose.
• Follow manufacturer limitations, weather limits, maintenance requirements, privacy rules, and emergency procedures.
7. Drone training and certification
Training institute profiles, course descriptions, batch dates, fees, ratings, approval labels, trainer credentials, placement support, and certification information are provided by or obtained from third parties and may change. Before paying or enrolling, users must independently confirm the institute's current approval or recognition, course scope, eligibility requirements, training mode, facilities, practical-training requirements, assessment process, certificate issued, refund policy, and total fees with the institute and, where relevant, the DGCA.
GarudHub does not itself award a Remote Pilot Certificate or guarantee admission, attendance, assessment success, certification, licence eligibility, renewal, placement, salary, or employment. Online theory or advisory content must not be treated as a substitute for any in-person practical training, testing, or certified instruction required by law or the authorised institute.
8. Drone marketplace, accessories and procurement
Product images, models, descriptions, flight time, range, payload, camera capability, compatibility, prices, taxes, delivery times, stock, seller status, warranty, and other specifications are indicative unless confirmed in the final written quotation or order. Actual performance depends on configuration, battery health, payload, environment, radio conditions, software, maintenance, and lawful operational limits.
The seller or manufacturer is responsible for product quality, title, authenticity, safety, conformity, invoice, warranty, after-sales service, recalls, and statutory obligations. GarudHub's checks are limited and do not amount to an absolute warranty of a seller, manufacturer, part, or product. Users must inspect the final quotation and product, confirm compatibility by exact make/model/version, and review warranty and return terms before purchase or installation. Any manufacturer warranty is governed by the manufacturer's or seller's written terms, not by general statements on the Platform.

9. Repairs, maintenance, transport and data
Repair descriptions, remote assessments, pickup availability, diagnosis times, estimates, parts availability, completion dates, and warranty coverage are provisional until the assigned service centre inspects the drone and confirms them in writing. Additional faults, charges, or delays may be discovered after inspection. No repair should proceed beyond the authorised scope without the customer's approval, subject to the service centre's applicable terms.
Repairs, calibration, testing, collection, delivery, and warranty work may be performed by independent providers. Users should back up and remove personal media or confidential data where feasible, record the drone's condition and serial number, disclose hazardous or damaged batteries, and obtain a service receipt. GarudHub is not responsible for loss of data, settings, removable storage, accessories, cosmetic condition, flight logs, or unauthorised items left with equipment, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Finance and lending disclaimer
Unless a separate regulatory disclosure expressly states otherwise, GarudHub is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), lender, credit bureau, or deposit-taking institution. It may facilitate an introduction or transmit an application to independent regulated lending partners or service providers. The lender alone decides eligibility, credit assessment, interest rate, annual percentage rate, fees, security, repayment schedule, sanction, disbursal, cancellation, recovery, reporting, and grievance process.
Any eligibility result, EMI figure, rate, "fast approval" statement, pre-qualification, comparison, or expected timeline is illustrative and is not a loan offer, sanction, commitment, or guarantee. Approval is subject to the lender's policies, KYC and due diligence, credit information, documentation, intended use, and applicable law. Users must read the Key Fact Statement, sanction letter, repayment schedule, charges, penal provisions, privacy notices, and loan agreement supplied by the regulated lender before accepting credit. Never pay an unverified person or share passwords, PINs, or one-time passwords.
11. Insurance disclaimer
Unless a separate regulatory disclosure expressly states otherwise, GarudHub is not an insurer, insurance broker, corporate agent, or insurance adviser. Insurance information, comparisons, assistance, and quotes are indicative and subject to the insurer's underwriting, proposal form, premium, policy wording, deductibles, warranties, exclusions, limits, waiting periods, inspection, territorial scope, and applicable law.
The insurer alone issues the policy and decides coverage and claims. GarudHub cannot guarantee policy issuance, adequacy of cover, renewal, claim registration, survey outcome, settlement, amount, or payment time. 12. Professional, EDP and business-support services
Business setup information, documentation assistance, proposals, consultancy, compliance support, audits, administrative assistance, partner registration, funding-related guidance, or introductions may involve independent consultants or professionals. General support does not create an advocate-client, chartered-accountant-client, company-secretary-client, investment-adviser-client, or other regulated professional relationship. Such a relationship arises only under a separate engagement accepted by the appropriately qualified professional.
Professionals and providers may rely on documents, declarations, financial information, technical information, and instructions supplied by the client without independently auditing or verifying every fact, unless their written scope requires otherwise. The client remains responsible for completeness, authenticity, legality, ownership, and timely submission of information. No business registration, licence, tax result, compliance status, investment, funding, revenue, profitability, contract, proposal acceptance, or commercial result is guaranteed.
13. Government schemes, subsidies, projects and tenders
Government scheme, subsidy, project, grant, procurement, and tender information is compiled for convenience and is not an official notice or legal interpretation. Only the issuing authority's current notification, corrigendum, bid document, portal record, eligibility rules, technical specifications, and deadline are authoritative.

14. Jobs, careers and placement
Job advertisements, employer profiles, role descriptions, compensation, work location, contract type, and hiring timelines are supplied by employers or other third parties. A "verified" label reflects limited checks at a point in time and is not a guarantee of the employer's identity, solvency, conduct, vacancy, working conditions, payment, or legal compliance.
GarudHub does not guarantee that a candidate will be viewed, shortlisted, interviewed, hired, retained, paid, or placed, and does not guarantee any salary or career outcome. Unless expressly stated, GarudHub is neither the employer nor a party to the employment or contractor relationship. Candidates and employers must independently conduct due diligence, verify credentials, agree written terms, and comply with labour, tax, immigration, safety, and other applicable laws. Users should treat requests for upfront recruitment payments, credentials, or sensitive financial information with caution and report suspicious postings.
15. Scrap, valuation, recycling and disposal
Online or photograph-based scrap values are illustrative. Final valuation, acceptance, pickup, deductions, payout, recycling route, reusable-component status, and certificate availability depend on physical inspection, ownership verification, condition, category, location, market and material rates, safety considerations, and the recycler's written terms.
The user confirms lawful ownership and authority to transfer the equipment, must disclose damage or safety risks, remove personal data and accounts, and comply with handover requirements. Independent collection and recycling partners are responsible for transport, dismantling, refurbishment, material recovery, environmental compliance, payout, and certificates within their agreed scope. Environmental or "certified recycling" statements apply only where supported by the relevant partner's current authorisation and records.
16. Third-Party Provider verification, ratings and conduct
Provider onboarding or verification may be based on documents, declarations, licences, database checks, references, or other information available at the time. It does not amount to continuous monitoring or a guarantee of identity, authorisation, competence, quality, safety, solvency, availability, integrity, or future performance. Licences, approvals, staff, ownership, insurance, and financial condition can change.
Ratings, testimonials, badges, reviews, case studies, and provider rankings may reflect individual experiences, supplied data, or platform criteria. They are not independent warranties and do not guarantee similar results. Users should conduct their own due diligence and promptly report suspected fraud, expired credentials, unsafe conduct, or inaccurate listings.
17. User-submitted information and documents
Users must submit accurate, current, complete, lawful, and non-misleading information and must have authority to provide all documents, photographs, credentials, serial numbers, financial records, certificates, project data, job-profile data, and personal information. GarudHub and Third-Party Providers may rely on submitted information for matching, quotations, applications, and service delivery and are not required to independently verify every fact.
The user is responsible for consequences caused by false, incomplete, altered, expired, late, or unauthorised information. Users should provide only information reasonably required for the requested service, use official secure channels, redact unnecessary sensitive data where appropriate, and never disclose passwords, payment PINs, or one-time passwords.
Processing of personal data is also governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
18. Operational safety and assumption of risk
Drone ownership, transport, charging, maintenance, training, testing, and flight can involve technical, property, privacy, environmental, cybersecurity, and personal-safety risks. Users must exercise independent judgment, follow applicable law and official guidance, use manufacturer-approved procedures and compatible parts, maintain suitable insurance, and engage qualified persons where required.
Platform content, chat, reminders, tracking, or remote guidance is not a substitute for an on-site risk assessment, flight plan, operating manual, qualified inspection, certified training, airspace check, or emergency authority. GarudHub does not provide emergency, air-traffic-control, rescue, or law-enforcement services. If equipment appears damaged, unsafe, compromised, or non-compliant, discontinue use and seek assistance from an authorised professional or the appropriate authority.

19. Prices, quotations, calculators and illustrative examples
Displayed prices, "onwards" figures, valuations, EMI calculations, coverage examples, savings, turnaround times, sample listings, comparison tables, estimated payouts, and other numerical illustrations are not binding offers. They may exclude taxes, delivery, insurance, accessories, installation, inspection, documentation, platform, professional, lender, government, or third-party charges.
A transaction becomes binding only when the authorised contracting party issues and the user accepts the applicable final written quotation, order, sanction, policy, engagement, or service agreement and any required payment is confirmed.
Calculation tools may use assumptions and rounding; users should independently verify results.
20. Third-party links, portals and communications
The Platform may link to official portals, manufacturers, sellers, partners, payment providers, logistics providers, employers, lenders, insurers, maps, or other websites. GarudHub does not warrant uninterrupted access, perfect security, freedom from harmful code, permanent storage of documents, or delivery of every alert, reminder, message, status update, or notification.
Users remain responsible for retaining copies of important documents, independently monitoring legal deadlines, securing their devices and accounts, using strong authentication, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. A missed reminder or status display does not extend an official deadline or transfer the user's legal responsibility.
23. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, safety, availability, results, or compatibility. Nothing in this clause limits an express written warranty given by the actual seller or service provider or any statutory warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GarudHub, its partners, personnel, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, contract, goodwill, data, anticipated savings, use, business interruption, certification, tender, subsidy, job, coverage, claim, or financing, arising from reliance on Platform content, third-party acts, service delays, equipment use, or inability to use the Platform.
Where GarudHub is legally liable for a direct loss and the law permits a contractual limit, liability will be limited to the amount actually paid to GarudHub for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months before the event, or such higher minimum amount as applicable law requires. GarudHub is not responsible for obligations owed directly by a Third-Party Provider. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

25. Consumer rights and mandatory law
Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to waive non-excludable rights under applicable consumer-protection, e-commerce, data-protection, aviation, insurance, banking, environmental, product-safety, or other law. If any clause conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails and the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent lawful. 26. Geographic scope and local requirements
The Platform is directed primarily to users and drone-related activities in India. Information may not be suitable for another country or jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from elsewhere are responsible for local laws, sanctions, export controls, import restrictions, radio rules, privacy rules, taxes, licences, and operational permissions. Availability described as "Pan-India" remains subject to provider capacity, serviceability, local permissions, logistics, and written confirmation.
27. Minors and authorised use
A person who lacks legal capacity to enter a transaction must use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or duly authorised representative, as applicable. Training, pilot certification, finance, insurance, employment, and contracting may have separate age, identity, capacity, or eligibility rules imposed by law or the relevant provider. GarudHub does not represent that every service is available to minors.
28. Updates, severability and no waiver
GarudHub may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to the Platform, services, providers, or law. The revised version becomes effective when posted with an updated date, unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Disclaimer, subject to applicable law.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue. Delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Headings are for convenience and do not restrict interpretation.
29. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory authority, arbitration clause, or other jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, disputes relating specifically to this Disclaimer will be subject to the competent courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
